Coordinated Entry System

Using the list, look up the county that you are currently in to identify your local coordinated entry phone number. You will complete an assessment and will be placed on a prioritization list that will be sent to local housing organizations. 

MHDC Homelessness Assistance Programs

Contact MHDC directly to learn about agencies in your areas at (816) 782-8056. Additionally, all funded partners should be listed on the United Way 211 directory. Please note that some programs have eligibility requirements including your current housing status and income. Your local funded agency will be able to help you navigate the application process.

Missouri Community Action Network
